70-City Economic Relief Tour

Operation Bounce Back is the official title of a 70-City Economic Relief Tour designed to deliver targeted, measurable economic stabilization across 14 East Coast states. The tour will prioritize five cities per state with the highest poverty rates, ensuring resources are directed where the need is greatest.

Each selected city will receive an allocation of $400,000, providing direct relief to individuals, families, small businesses, and food pantries—helping communities not just survive, but bounce back from the economic challenges facing today’s households.

A 120-day national campaign preceding the tour will serve as the foundation for impact. This phase will focus on fundraising, data-driven community research, and needs assessment, allowing us to precisely identify gaps and deploy resources with maximum effectiveness upon arrival.

Through this initiative, the Economic Relief Tour will deliver an additional $15 million in direct relief, supporting key pillars of community recovery, including:

  • Fighting hunger through the launch of 8 new Racing To Feed Food Centers

  • Expanding business opportunities by creating innovative pathways for local economic growth and entrepreneurship

  • Deploying 10 mobile resource units to enhance community centers with job training, financial assistance, and wraparound support services

Operation Bounce Back is not a one-time intervention—it is a scalable economic activation model designed to restore stability, create opportunity, and drive long-term impact in America’s most underserved communities.
